It’s Cornish Festival Weekend! There are too many events to list them all here, so check out all the activities on cornishfest.org. There are workshops and tours, plus all the shopping and dining you find in Mineral Point everyday.

Friday, September 25

Free Movie sponsored by the Library at the Mineral Point Opera House. 7 – 9 p.m.

Pub Night at Pendarvis Historic Site. 7 – 10 p.m.

Live Music at the Gray Dog Deli. 8:30 – 11 p.m. Rita and The Purple O

Saturday, September 19

Mason’s Pancake Breakfast – 7-10 a.m. Masonic Lodge.

Mineral Point Market. 8 – 11 a.m. Watertower Park.

Lunch at Library Park 11 – 2 p.m. with Music by The Al & Jesse Bauman Band 

Jewelry Trunk Show at AT HOME ON HIGH STREET114 High Street. Kathy Horton Designs. 1-4 p.m.

Crowdy Crawn at the Pendarvis Education Center. 11- 4 (Free)

Pasty Supper at the Walker House 4:30 – 7 p.m.

Blackthorn Folly in Concert at the Mineral Point Opera House. 7 – 9:30 pm

Ongoing Activities Throughout this Weekend and Beyond

Tour the 1868 Gundry House at Orchard Lawn, Friday through Sunday 1-5 pm. 

Tour the Mineral Point Railroad Museum in Wisconsin’s oldest surviving railroad depot. Thursday-Saturday 10-4, Sunday noon-4

Tour Pendarvis – one of only a dozen designated Wisconsin Historical Sites in the State
Daily 10-5 pm

Take a class at Shake Rag Alley Center for the Arts. If classes are already full, tour the grounds and see what’s happening there.

Get fresh curds at Hooks Cheese. Every Friday.
