Weekend Update

I admit it – Fall is my favorite time of year! The trees are starting to show off their colors, the nights are cool, and the days have been absolutely beautiful. It’s a great time to come spend some time with us in Mineral Point.

Don’t forget the Fall Art Tour is right around the corner too. October 16-18.

Friday, September 25

Rummage Sale at Trinity Episcopal Church, 10 – 5

Live Music at the Gray Dog Deli. 8:30 – 11 p.m. Broom Street Drifters

Saturday, September 19

Mineral Point Market. 8 – 11 a.m. Watertower Park.

Rummage Sale at Trinity Church. (BAG DAY). 9-1

Art Lottery and Grand Opening of the Lind Pavillion.  7 – 10 p.m. (Ribbon Cutting at 6:30) Tickets are available by calling 987.3292 or stop by Shake Rag Alley Center for the Arts.

Ongoing Activities Throughout this Weekend and Beyond

Tour the 1868 Gundry House at Orchard Lawn, Friday through Sunday 1-5 pm. Closed for a private event this Saturday. 

Tour the Mineral Point Railroad Museum in Wisconsin’s oldest surviving railroad depot. Thursday-Saturday 10-4, Sunday noon-4

Tour Pendarvis – one of only a dozen designated Wisconsin Historical Sites in the State
Daily 10-5 pm

Take a class at Shake Rag Alley Center for the Arts. If classes are already full, tour the grounds and see what’s happening there.

Get fresh curds at Hooks Cheese. Every Friday.
