Art Adventure Mixed Media Retreat continues

                        7:00 p.m. Mineral Point Varsity Football Game v.s. Dodgeville                                         During halftime, the MP Girl’s Varsity Basketball Team will be presented with the WIAA Sportsmanship Award. Also, new inductees to the MP Football Hall of Fame will be honored.

7:30 p.m. Mini-Mekons will be performing at the Mineral Point Opera House

8:00 p.m. Live music performed by the Driftless Beggars at Gray Dog Deli

Saturday, August 27th

Art Adventure Mixed Media Retreat continues

8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m 2016 Antique Power Show at the Iowa County Fairgrounds

8:30 – 11:00 a.m. Mineral Point Farmers Market at Water Tower Park

Sunday, August 28th 

Art Adventure Mixed Media Retreat continues

8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Antique Power Show at the Iowa County Fairgrounds continues

Ongoing Activities Throughout this Weekend and Beyond

Tour the 1868 Gundry House at Orchard Lawn, Friday through Sunday 1-5 pm.

Tour the Mineral Point Railroad Museum in Wisconsin’s oldest surviving railroad depot. Thursday-Saturday 10-4, Sunday noon-4.

Tour Pendarvis – one of only a dozen designated Wisconsin Historical Sites in the State
Daily 10-5 pm.

Take a class at Shake Rag Alley Center for the Arts. If classes are already full, tour the grounds and see what’s happening there.
